The Guided Bites package is for those who need more hands-on support every step of the way! If you’re new to tracking your food, or want extra accountability, Guided Bites is the package for you!

I started Balanced Bites with Bela because I saw the need for more coaches who want to help fix people’s relationship with foods, fuel their training, and overall stop pushing diets! I am not programming diets, we are making this a lifestyle! Whoever you are, I want to help you feel more confident in your skin and give you the tools you need to help achieve your goals!

I guide clients in creating sustainable nutrition habits that support their goals, energy, and confidence, while still enjoying the foods they love. Through personalized coaching, education, and compassionate accountability, we move away from diet rules and toward long-term wellness that actually fits your life. Eat well. Live fully. No extremes
